Terms of Use

1 The promoter is Heineken Ireland Limited trading at Old Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 Ireland ("Heineken").

2 The "Coors Light Game Plan" games and competitions are only open to entry from individuals who are aged 21 years and over (proof of age may be required) and reside in the Republic of Ireland.

3 Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of any prize(s).

4 To enter the competition entrants must register a team which consists of themselves and two others. The additional team members will be invited to participant using Facebook Connect.

5 No purchase of any product is necessary to enter the competition. Enter free at www.coorslight.ie.

6 The "Coors Light Game Plan" competition consists of five games (each a "Game"), one of which will be released every six weeks from May 24th, 2011 to December 19th, 2011. Each Game requires skill to compete.

7 Players can play the first level of each Game on their own without registering a team but they are ineligible to win prizes. Only completed teams of three individuals are eligible to complete the remaining levels of each Game and to win prizes. All team members must have a Facebook account to register a team and compete to win prizes in each Game.

8 Each member of the team which achieves the highest score:-

8.1 in the first level of each Game will receive a Coors Light fleece jacket;
8.2 which will be released every six weeks will receive a Coors Light fleece jacket. In the second level of each Game will receive Harmon/Kardon Sound Stick will receive a Flip Digital Camcorder. Will receive a PlayStation PS3. ;
8.3 in the third level of each Game will receive a Flip Digital Camcorder; and
8.4 over all five level of each Game will receive a PlayStation PS3.

9 A team may win more than one prize.

10 Each winning team will be notified by email [to each member of the team?] within [7 - TBC] days of the end of the relevant Game. If a winning team is not reachable by email within [7] days of confirmation of winning or is unable for any reason to accept the prize, the prize will be offered to the team which achieved the next highest score. No correspondence will be entered into.

11 All prizes will be despatched to winners within 28 days of having accepted their prizes.

12 Employees and / or relatives of employees of Heineken, its associated companies and any agents connected to this competition are not eligible to enter the competition and/or win any prize (this extends to immediate family members of any of the prohibited persons referred to above and to individuals who become prohibited persons during the course of the competition).

13 Heineken reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw this competition in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Heineken is also entitled to vary the prize(s) if, in its opinion, any would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered. The prizes are as stated and no alternative cash or otherwise will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

14 Heineken may at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a team from the competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the team has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner.

15 Heineken will only use entrant's details for the purposes of notifying entrants or any promotional activities in connection with this competition. Entrant's personal information will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior permission. Any personal information held by Heineken for the purposes of this competition will be held in accordance with Heineken's privacy statement at www.coorslight.ie.

16 The winners may be required for publicity purposes. Entrants agree by entering this competition to participate in such publicity including but not limited to the publication of their names and pictures for advertising and/or promotional purposes. Should a winner be unable or unwilling to take part in any such publicity, Heineken may at its discretion choose a replacement winner without further reference or obligation to the original winner.

17 Heineken does not warrant that any use of or access to the website will be uninterrupted by error or virus free nor will it have any liability for damage caused by hostile software which may infect an entrant's equipment or property as a result of that participant using or browsing the website www.coorslight.ie.

18 No purchase of any product is necessary to enter the competition website shall be used for lawful purposes only. Individuals and/or users of the competition website shall not post any material and/or statement on the competition website which violates or infringes in any way the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexist, racist, indecent or otherwise objectionable or, which encourages conduct or is conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable law. Any entry which fails to comply with this provision will be disqualified from the competition without prior notification. Heineken reserves the right to remove any offensive language submitted on the competition website at any time and to prohibit or restrict access to the competition website as it sees fit. Users of the competition website are solely responsible for all materials that they upload on the campaign website.

19 No warranty or guarantee is given by Heineken in relation to any of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Heineken, its agents and trading partners will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to this competition and Heineken does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or other obligations of any third parties associated with the prizes and will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

20 Items depicted on marketing materials related to this competition are present for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the prizes relating to this competition.

21 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

22 The prizes are as stated and no alternative cash or otherwise will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
